Tell us about a time you WOWed a member
A longtime member came in and told me that his son was having a hard time trying to finance a vehicle loan, because he had limited credit. Our member did not know that his son could open an account with us, so I told him to bring him by and I could see what I could do to help. Needless to say, the son was approved on his own and our members were so happy beyond words. Knowing we can help our members puts a smile on my face!
